For Girls ages 9 and up | During this lesson, the girls will learn that healing your mind from consistent and ongoing pain can look different for everyone. They will walk through several techniques to deal with whatever is going on in their life and causing them pain. The goal of this session is to get the group to open up about different painful situations they may be dealing with and work through it together. Each participant in the workshop will have the opportunity to create a picture of how something beautiful can come out of their tears.
