For Girls ages 9 and up | During this lesson, girls will learn that healing your mind from consistent and ongoing pain can look different for everyone. They’ll walk through several techniques to deal with whatever is going on in their life and causing them pain. The goal of this session is to get the group to open up about different painful situations they may be dealing with and work through it together!

LOUD: My Voice Matters is an event where your voice matters! Join us for a day of empowerment and expression. Join us for this fun and active introductory yoga class for matches with Littles ages 9-15. Dress comfortably and bring a mat or beach towel for you and Little while an OMies Yoga Studio instructor leads us!

For matches and ready to be matched Littles ages 9 and up with parent/guardian. Learn how to look at a picture of yourself without the use of any filters. This will be a look at true beauty both outside and within, leading to very open and honest discussions of what defines real beauty.

“Creating a Path for Your Future: Using Your Interests for Success” is open to Bigs and their Little Brothers ages 9 to 15.

A very important step in helping your Little Brother achieve their potential is helping them identify their interests and learning how those can lead to a potential career. Join us for an engaging and interactive 1 hour workshop provided by the Black Male Initiative/JCTC! Refreshments will be provided.
